Responsibilities
• Responsible for providing excellent hospitality services to guests• Responsible for managing staff and scheduling work hours• Responsible for selecting temporary staff• Applies operational and administrative procedures• Responsible for reservations, service distribution, and rank assignment• Organizes banquets, sets up rooms, and obtains necessary resources• Directs and controls restaurant service to ensure quality and efficiency• Promotes all restaurant services offered in the hotel• Proposes replacement of outdated equipment and suggests improvements• Ensures proper arrangement and utilization of restaurant components• Addresses customer complaints and reports to management• Responsibilities related to staff development and growth
Requirements
• Leadership skills• Good appearance and natural elegance• Excellent organizational skills• Proficient in restaurant sector• Excellent knowledge of English and a second language• Experience in reputable establishments• Knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP certification)• Good knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Passpartout)• Hospitality diploma
