Un/una Residence Advisor per una delle nostre strutture ricettive.
La figura sar? incaricata:
- Delle procedure di accoglienza e check-in studenti.
- Di organizzare attivit? sociali per gli studenti che alloggiano nella residenza.
- Di accertarsi del rispetto delle regole da parte degli studenti.
- Di dare supporto allo staff e agli studenti a scuola.
il candidato ideale:
* Non risiede a Roma (l'alloggio ? parte dei 'benefit' della posizione).
* Ha una buona padronanza dell'inglese scritto e parlato.
* Ha dimestichezza nell'uso dei social e del pacchetto microsoft.
* Ha una predisposizione per il customer care.
* ? socievole e ama lavorare in team.
* ? responsabile e puntuale.
