Quality Assurance Systems Internship (m/f) 

Bayer Healthcare Manufacturing is looking for two brilliant new graduates to be insert in the Quality Department of Garbagnate plant.

You will be involved in supporting the “Nitrosamine Project and Regulatory compliance activities” or in “Implementation of a new GMP documentation system management and QA Systems activities”.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Nitrosamine Project and Regulatory compliance activities:

• Support for regulatory compliance topics, with focus on the implementation of Nitrosamine EMA/425645/2020 regulatory requirement
• Consolidate Internal Technical Registration document according to Risk evaluation and to follow Confirmatory Testing and mitigation actions step
• Collaborate in cross functional environment, with Local and Divisional experts
• Support the team in processing requests for regulatory variations, collaborating with Global Regulatory Affair function.

Implementation of the new GMP documentation system management and QA systems activities:

• Support the team in the implementation of the new electronic system used for the review and approval of GMP document
• Support in the creation of new SOPs for GMP documentation management according to the new process
• Collaborate in cross functional environment, with Local and Divisional experts
• Support in the management of Site GMP training records
• Oversight of Site GMP documentation and QA systems KPIs

WHO YOU ARE:

• Master’s degree in CTF or Pharmacy
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package
• Excellent digital skills
• Strong ability of organization and coordination (lean methodology)
• The natural predisposition to teamwork, spirit of initiative, precision and sense of responsibility complete the sought-after profile
• Fluent knowledge of English and Italian are mandatory
