Key Accountabilities
Support the Local Property & Facility Unit in any technical and maintenance activity related with Property & Facility Management:
- Find possible solutions according to the defined new office RINA targets
- Analyse the proposed alternative option and select the most appropriate ones according to the RINA standards
- Prepare the layout of a new office or reorganize the internal space of an existing one
- Support in the preparation of the specification of works for the special projects dedicated to office renovation
- Organize a move in a new office or a move out from an office to be returned
- Assist in the selection and management the providers for the required services (e.g. transport, refurbishment, construction works, etc.)
Education
Qualifications
- Between 0 - 2 years of working experience
- Good knowledge of English
