Job Title: Project Manager; Learning Solutions
Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract; 35 hours per week
Salary: £33,3 00 - £43,400
Location: Cambridge, hybrid (2 days per working from the office are expected)
We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for the planning and project management of a range of print and digital Learning Solution products in a fast-paced and growing team.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated team tasked with driving projects forward and overcoming challenges in order to bring high-quality materials to market within budget and target sales windows.
Collaborating closely with colleagues from global branches, as well as manufacturing, data and permissions teams, this role will involve managing Learning Solution projects from the planning stage, through development, production and on to publication.
It requires budget, schedule, risk and change management throughout product development, as well as supplier management through the production phase.

About you
We are looking for a calm, confident and proactive individual who can collaborate well with project teams. You should be able to maintain a positive outlook while working on challenging projects.
In this role, you will need to be highly organised, with excellent time management and workload management skills. You must have proven planning and project management competencies and be an excellent communicator who has experience in supplier and stakeholder management.
Experience in publishing production and editorial processes would be advantageous. Any formal project management qualifications (such as APM or PRINCE2) and familiarity with project management tools and reports (for example at the Press we use SmartSheet and MS Teams) would also be of interest.
