Responsibilities:
- Land Database Creation: Develop and manage databases for Solar Power Plant projects.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to identified locations, either personally or based on Cartographer recommendations.
- Land Rights Negotiation:Negotiate contracts for land rights.
- Property Inspection and Documentation: Inspect and assess local properties for rent, compiling all required documentation.
- Lease Management:Oversee the process of securing land leases.
- Reporting: Report on achieved objectives and results.
- Department Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Italian (primary language) and fluent English.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Solar and/or Wind Project Manager, or as a Land/Real Estate Agent/Developer.
- Relationship and Negotiation Skills:Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships and effective negotiation skills.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Market Knowledge:Knowledge of the Italian photovoltaic and electricity market, as well as real estate and agriculture, is a plus.
- Driver's License: Possession of a Category B driver's license.
