As a Project Coordinator you will be involved throughout the project lifecycle coordinating and managing the projects as outlined below:
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Support the design implementation and continuous improvement of business processes for all aspects of the PIMs Compliance program.
- Facilitate the timely reporting of privacy incidents to regulators with accuracy and completeness.
- Create clear and concise documentation to maintain update and refresh privacy controls and safeguards.
- Support any Audit reviews and safeguard testing by internal and external teams as well as daytoday objectives.
- Support various compliance ops initiatives.
Skills/Profiles:
- Project coordinators with some audit compliance and/or privacy experience.
- Organization: Keeping track of multiple tasks and projects requires strong organizational skills including the ability to create and maintain schedules.
- Time Management: The ability to prioritize and manage varied tasks allocate time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Effective communication with team members task owners and leaders for escalation. This includes clear and concise communication about task requirements expectations and progress.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OPWiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
