IndirizzoWe are looking for a Production Manager for a company specialized in the design, manufacture and distribution of bakery machinery.
The person we are looking for shall be responsible for coordinating / managing of the daily operations regarding the purchase, production and shipping of our machines, managing of the machine configurations and the stock as well as the employees safety-at-work regulations.
Duties:
- Instructing and following a team of 10 assembly and support staff in the workshop.
- Supervising the shipping and purchase department regarding shipment of ready goods, returns etc.
- Evaluate continuously the output of the assembly department, assuring that the production agenda is respected.
- Manage the performance of the purchase and shipping departments.
- Identify opportunities for improvement of the workflow and the assembly process.
- Conduct incident investigations into problems arisen in the departments.
- Be an active participant in the leadership team consisting of the shareholders and general manager, sales manager and accounts manager.
- Co-manage the ERP system.
- Follow and manage any safety incidents.
Our preference goes out to a candidate that presents the following credentials:
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field If not, proven sufficient work experience in production processes of professional equipment.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in and/or talent for team building and conflict resolution.
- Analytical skills to analyse monthly output and performance.
- Ability to develop a work culture that is safe, proactive and efficient.
- Experience with ERP
- Ability to write and talk in English.
