About the role
Guarantee production, quality, safety, health and environmental standards for the relevant departments, optimizing costs, yields and resources. Promote the achievement of assigned production goals.
Your responsibilities
* Ensure the efficiency, quality, hygiene, health, safety and environmental aspects of production Lines and equipments;
* Ensure the achievement of production KPIs;
* Work with Engineering to the implementation of the new processes and increase the efficiency of new and existing production lines;
* Plan, in collaboration with the functions responsible for maintenance, all preventive, predictive and extraordinary ordinary maintenance activities, ensuring their traceability;
* Promote energy saving, waste management, reduce the water consumption.
The experience we're looking for
* Engineering background;
* At least 5y of experience in similar role;
* Fluent in Italian and English;
* Problem solving and Continuous Improvement;
* People Management;
* Knowledge of SAP, TPM, Just in Time, Lean Organization, Six Sigma, FMEA
