IndirizzoAt Eni we are looking for a Junior Digital Product Owner who, within Plenitude , will help lead cross-functional teams in the development and innovation of DIGITAL PRODUCTs for customers.

Plenitude Societa Benefit (new identity of Eni gas e luce) controlled by Eni, and present on the market with a business model that combines the production of energy from renewable sources, sale of gas, electricity and energy services to private and business customers with a widespread network of charging points for electric vehicles in constant expansion.
It currently supplies energy to millions of customers in the retail market throughout Europe, thanks to a significant portfolio of GW of renewable capacity in operation. By 2030, to achieve the challenging decarbonisation objectives, it aims to reach over 15 GW and increase the number of charging points for vehicles.
Plenitude is present in Italy, France, Greece, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Norway, the United States, Kazakhstan and Australia.

Within the Digital Development & Solutions team you will be responsible for:
- Collaborate in the management of cross business unit initiatives (brand, digit) also within the group's subsidiaries
- Support the activity of understanding and defining requirements and business models, contributing to the design of the entire service
- Help translate requirements into high-quality, feasible design specifications and solutions to ensure business needs are met across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX, design, product, development teams, as well as business stakeholders to realize the product vision
- Translate product strategy and customer needs into a set of design, development and documentation activities
- Analyze and understand data with a focus on business impact
- Support the monitoring of the main digital KPIs, which will guide the product evolutions
This is the opportunity for you if you meet these requirements:
- Master's degree in Economics, Marketing or in any case in a STEM field
- Maximum 3 years of experience in the field
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Availability for national and international mobility
