Product Specialist, Franchise CAR T MM MF, Hematology BU per Lombardia
Residenza Richiesta: Lombardia
Nella propria area di competenza, il Product Specialist fornir? ai clinici e agli HCP una completa comprensione delle caratteristiche distintive, dei benefici e del corretto uso dei nostri prodotti nel percorso di disease management, in conformit? con le legge vigenti e nel rispetto del Codice Deontologico, delle regole e degli standard in materia di Condotta ed Etica.
Responsibilit?:
* Mettere a disposizione della classe medica e degli operatori sanitari tutti un'approfondita conoscenza del prodotto o dei prodotti dell'Area terapeutica di competenza.
* Analizzare ed aggiornare costantemente lo scenario locale in funzione dei cambiamenti nel disease management, dello scenario competitivo e dei bisogni emergenti ed assicurare feedback costanti alle funzioni di sede.
* Monitorare gli indicatori chiave di performance alla fine di comprendere il corretto uso dei prodotti, identificando cause e proponendo possibile azioni correttive.
* Implementare, in collaborazione con altre funzioni di field (per esempio Direzione Medica/Market Access, Marketing, BI&A, SFE etc.), iniziative e attivit? definite nei local plan tattici.
Requisiti:
* Laurea in Discipline Scientifiche o secondo quanto previsto dal art. 122 DL 219/06
* Attuale residenza in: Lombardia
* 5+ anni di esperienza sales nel mercato farmaceutico con almeno un anno di esperienza in ematologia.
* Conoscenza delle dinamiche locali di accesso
* Utilizzo dei tools di Microsoft Office
* Abilit? e capacit? di scegliere il messaggio comunicazionale ed il canale di comunicazione pi? efficace in funzione dell'interlocutore
* Capacit? di adattarsi e reagire rapidamente ai cambiamenti di scenario
* Capacit? di sviluppare e mantenere relazioni efficaci con i KOLs generando insights utili allo sviluppo dei piani di account
* Capacit? di lavorare in team crossfunzionali
* Forte identificazione con i valori aziendali
* Conoscenza a livello intermedio della lingua inglese.

On-site Protocol
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
