Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Coordinator will support the global team on the key phases of the Product Marketing Strategy & the Marketing Plan design, development, and execution, for Versace first line Women and Men Collections, as well as Versace Home, Eyewear and Watches, Versace Kids and Atelier.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in the creation and maintenance of key documents for the development and deployment of the Product Marketing strategy, as well as sharing of the information across key stakeholders (cross-functional Marketing & Communication team, Ecom, VM, Merchandising, Retail Excellence, Regional teams)
- Develop and manage the master file for the codification of campaigns, to be updated on a weekly basis according to product delivery status;
- Product Marketing projects monitoring, through proactive follow up and tracking of each project status and the weekly update of the marketing project tracker
- Lead in the implementation of the post-launch reports
- Coordinate the Marketing samples order process and budget monitoring, in partnership with key stakeholders
- Develop the Versace Kids and Atelier annual Marketing Plan and cross-channels rollout, in line with the overall Brand & Product Marketing strategy, ensuring an efficient, regular support of key collections
- Support in the product samples coordination for campaigns and third-parties product shootings
- Support with daily Product Marketing team activities, from shared folder update and maintenance, to sharing of the info with cross-functional teams, competitors benchmark and support throughout the Marketing Plan development and execution.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or similar, a Master's is a plus;
- Previous experience in a Fashion/Luxury brand, within Marketing & Communication or Merchandising departments;
- Fashion/Luxury acumen and passion for the industry;
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken);
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint with strong presentation skills;
- Organized, with the ability to work proactively on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Great attention to details;
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork approach;
- Proactive and flexible attitude, able to deal with creative, fast-changing environments.
