APRIL is a creative agency that mainly operates in the fashion and luxury fields through projects involving creative consultancy and direction, event production, content creation, as well as brand identity, strategy, and creative production.

1. Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and organization of various projects (lookbooks, events content capture, special projects, campaigns), ensuring all elements are in place for successful execution.
- Collaborate with suppliers, crew and other team members to develop project timelines and schedules.
- Coordinate and manage logistical aspects of production, including scheduling, budget tracking, and resource coordination.
- Arrange and manage equipment, locations, and other production necessities.
- Contribute with the talents and suppliers research, input and update information into the database with a high degree of accuracy.
- Work closely with various talents (photographers, stylists, beauty team, set designers etc), their assistants, agents and other crew members.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Assist in budget planning and tracking for production projects.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
- Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the quality and impact of the production.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on content development.
- Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Provide updates on project progress and address client feedback.
- Assist in overseeing the execution of production plans, ensuring that all elements align with the creative vision and objectives.
- Problem-solve and address issues as they arise during production.
- Collaborate with post-production teams on editing, sound design, and other post-production processes.
- Ensure the timely delivery of final projects.
- Prepare and distribute production documents, including call sheets and production reports, scheduling appointments and provide meeting notes.
- Manage and maintain the accurate receiving and storage of estimates, contracts, and invoices.
- Assist with the transportation and setup of production equipment.
- Maintain and organize equipment on set.
- Provide support to the cast and crew by assisting with wardrobe, run errands, and other possible needs.
- Ensure that talent is comfortable and well-supported on set.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines on set.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
Profilo
- English and Italian language proficiency at least at the B2 level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in a production assistant or related role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, is a plus.
- Ability to create and edit visual content, including graphics and layouts, to enhance communication materials.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and gaining hands-on experience in the production industry.
