IndirizzoFor our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB) we are looking for a Procurement Manager with 3-6 years of experiences that want to support Burckhardt Compression in the next challenging
years.In particular the main tasks that she/he will manage :
- Supporting global procurement in search of new global vendors (evaluation) together with Head ofProcurement.
- Support global supply chain development in Italy for Contracting goods and services together with Head ofProcurement.
- Responsible for the local procurement process.
- Commercial negotiations with suppliers up to contract finalization.
- Undersign contracts in Italy in consultation with internal counterparts in accordance with task- and authority- regulations (AKO).
- Controlling of timely delivery of documents and goods for all contracts.
- Enforce Claim-Management in relation to suppliers.
- Maintenance of a supplier assessment system together with Head ofProcurement.
- Preparation and maintenance of a Vendors Risk Management system in Italy.
- Financial control and reporting of supplier related commercial issues (PO List, contact person accounting)
- Supports Sales in the offer phase. Responsible for the cost calculation of all CO related goods (ITCS).
- Establish and maintain effective communication and relationship with Italian suppliers.
You will succeed in our branch with these qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in either mechanical engineering or process engineering, or similar education
· At least 3 years’ experience in similar business
· Knowledge of rotating equipment and/or related processes would be beneficial
· Fluent in Italian and English
