Mission:
- The Portfolio Manager support to provide expertise across all phases of the project from Engineering, Design, research & technology and related to all aspects of Cost , schedule , risk and change
- The Portfolio Manager will aim to ultimately provide portfolio analysis, rebalancing portfolio taking into consideration risk and time to benefit.
- The Portfolio Manager must provide guidance for continuous assessment of processes in the R&D planning departments, ensuring the correct execution of processes such as product development process (Gates and Phases development), Strategic product planning, Agile and Aspice.
- Ensure that R&D roadmaps and Research & Technology roadmaps are aligned and in line with strategic activities.
- Guarantee uniformity of processes.
- Provide Strategic vision.
- Establish KPI, generate report to ensure regular follow up on investment performance, including Project status, research & technology activities status.
Report to:
- Reports hierarchically to the R&D Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance for PMO department.
- Provide guidance for Competence team department.
- Ensure synergies and provide best practices among departments.
- Frequent communication of portfolio status to management
- Be part of R&D Managements, providing vision and strategic direction for portfolio Department.
- Ensure investments are in line with strategic directions of the product company.
- Contribute on the Strategic product planning vision, Thinks strategically, anticipating future challenges and developing proactive solutions.
- Ensure that product roadmaps (R&D and Technology roadmap) are done in time and with the correct quality
- Ensure that Research & Technology Activities are in synergies with R&D activities, covering all the phase of the product development.
- Manage performance of resources in the Department, provide continuous feedback to ensure growth of the resources. Delegate tasks, assign goals, and legitimize responsibilities effectively while monitoring and managing team workload
- Responsible for training plan for resources
- Be the custodians, ambassadors and promoters of corporate culture and strategy.
- Must be an inspired leadership role model who can motivate and positively influence his or her team. He/she fosters a "Growth mindset" and maintains a positive atmosphere in the company.

Qualifications:
- PMP Certification.
- Deeply understanding of Agile methodologies
- Deeply understanding of Process Phase/gates methodologies for product development (PDP)
- People Management skills with people reporting directly and indirectly.
- Team player, structured and organized
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to travel to various geographical locations.
- Going the extra mile when needed
- Stress resistent
- At least 10 years of project management experience with Significant experience in managing complex multibrand portfolio
- Comprehensive understanding of risk and change management.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability in cross-functional environment.
- Advanced MS Excel, Microsoft project.
