Responsibilities
• Ensure quality service and guest satisfaction according to company procedures• Ensure hygiene and safety regulations are followed in the department• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures• Manage cash activities during shift• Process requests outside of reservation office hours• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments• Assist with Concierge activities as needed• Maintain high service standards
Requirements
• Proven experience in a similar role in 4*-5* Hotels or Resorts• Excellent knowledge of English and German, French is a plus• Good relationship-building and customer care skills• Experience with PMS management systems (knowledge of Hotel Cube is a plus)• Good standing and interpersonal skills with clients• Dynamic, proactive, attention to detail• Teamwork attitude, availability for shift and weekend work
