Position Summary
Order management and customer care support with focus on specific products, customers and activities assigned.
Role and Responsibilities
* Orders process: orders requisites management; orders entry, check, maintenance and processing towards targets
* Support: back office support, system settings, data update, price grids upload etc
* Monitoring: data correctness, activity progress and deadlines of the activities assigned.
* Reporting: data and reports update (eg. Daily progress, Weekly sales etc)
* Communication: communication with colleagues, other depts, agents and customers.
* Collaboration: collaboration with other colleagues and depts. (eg SCM, Sales, Credit, Logistics etc)
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree.
Computer Knowledge: Good Office knowledge (Excel required).
Language Knowledge: Good written and good spoken English.
Travel required: n.a.
