We are looking for a highly motivated and encouraging Operations Manager to join our team to help ensure strategic projects and our exam services are delivered on time and to a high standard.

To enable us to meet the ever-increasing demand for our services, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Operations Manager, who will thrive in this changing environment and is motivated by delivering excellent customer service.
This role, within the Exam Services team, encompasses a range of tasks and responsibilities, reporting to a Senior Operations Manager, you will need to establish a high standard for the following activities:
- Ensuring your team completes a variety of business critical and strategic activities accurately and within pre-agreed timescales to deliver the end-to-end exam process.
- Supporting Operations Support Managers and Senior Operations Administrators as they manage a variety of documented, business critical processes.
- Defining and implementing KPI and trend reports on progress to support business compliance and ensure process accuracy.
- Ensuring that peak processing periods, bespoke sessions, and projects are suitably planned for and reviewed after.
- Ensuring that identified issues, risks and non-conformances are accurately recorded, investigated, and suitably mitigated against in a timely manner.
- Appropriately addressing wellbeing, engagement, and performance through continuous conversations.
- Identifying ways of developing processes and working collaboratively with colleagues to implement improvements.
- Supporting in the scoping and delivery of major strategic projects and developments.
- Developing an understanding of our internal and external customers and ensuring your direct reports share that understanding.
- Establishing and subsequently maintaining constructive working relationships with colleagues across the organisation and key external stakeholders.
- Overseeing a bi-annual documentation review, where comprehensive and compliant Process Flows and Work Instructions are created, reviewed, updated and signed-off.
- Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures to support business compliance and ensure high-level process understanding.
About you
You are an instinctive collaborator, consistently demonstrating high attention to detail and can work effectively under pressure and to demanding deadlines. You will also have a passion for helping others to realise their potential, through empowerment, recognition of progress and mutual respect.
As our next Operations Manager, you will have a keen interest in process revision and improvement and be driven to develop your knowledge in key areas, such as change management and regulatory compliance.
