Your mission
Accountabilities:
* Participate in the development of the Innovative Oncology Franchise.
* With the relevant Global departments, consolidate and communicate the specific information on the market that is relevant for international competitive intelligence.
* Coordinate with the brand team for the local marketing plan by channel/targets and ensure it is applied; in accordance with the defined objectives, arbitrate to ensure coherence with the global objectives.
* Develop and validate omnichannel strategy for each profile that are required to achieve objectives, by breaking down the targets in accordance with the brand/product strategies and by integrating budgetary and regulatory constraints.
* Develop and deliver the training program for the sales reps together with the medical team.
* Develop relationship with appropriate physicians' network for integration in local education activities.
* Monitor & analyse product specific sales.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
* Experience of working in a Pharma sales organization or similar environment
* Proven track record of planning and managing product launches, measurement and revenue growth.
* Strong sales and/ or marketing leadership with a successful track record of growing market share
Desirable Skills/Experience:
* Experience of the Oncology therapy area +5 years- including knowledge of ecosystem in Italy
* Experience in field Sales job.
