We are looking for a passionate and engaged Ominchannel After Sales Intern to join our After Sales Department in Trebaseleghe (PD). Your role will be crucial in supporting our corporate networks with an Omni-channel approach, focusing on After Sales flows and processes while maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and experience excellence.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
* Managing relationships and contacts with all WW Regions.
* Processing material requests and managing flows (bulk order, replenishment, kit).
* Assisting the Repairs Office in managing After Sales cases for EMEA boutiques.
* Managing orders/goods between national platforms (spare parts, fabrics).
* Managing and monitoring regular flows and activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma from a technical institute in the sector or a Degree in Economics;
* Professional use of Italian and English;
* Previous internship experience, even if brief, in the After Sales sector is considered a plus;
* Knoledge of the French/Spanish/German language is highly valued;
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
* Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
