We are looking for a Sales Analyst (internship) who will be in charge of a series of activities aimed at optimising and improving the sales process overall.
YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:
- managing the sales forecast for the various countries, in collaboration with the geographic area managers and the marketing team
- creation of sales reports both for ad-hoc analyses and for periodic analyses on business trends or specific initiatives
- identification of actionable insights for the Sales team and for stakeholders
- monitoring and analysing the activity of competitors, major customers and market trends
- support to the Sales Italy team for the development of annual revenue objectives and the identification of the growth drivers necessary to reach these objectives
- supporting the Sales Italy manager in defining specific sales plans for key channels and geographies
- development of “best-in-class” sales models for channels/retailers and geographic areas to be used as a benchmark within the entire Sales organisation
- support to sales reps in defining sales activities on key customers
WHO YOU ARE:
- you have a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or Communication
- you have good planning and analysis skills
- you have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English
- you are able to adapt to hectic environments, giving your best under pressure
