JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Analysis and strategy in the creation of the collections, manage the collection's GTM calendar. Evaluation of analytical data, costs, and margins. Consciousness of new products, knowing how to explain them. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Competitors Analysis and research Product analysis (strong analytic skill on business and collection performance) and creation of documents for top management review Collection planning & development (merchandising plan, brief, prototype approval, color selections, pricing strategy, lifecycle management, packaging development….) to be done within given deadline Innovation path mid-long term for product development: set strategic direction and coordinate the process Assortment definition (samples bags, showroom) Training: collection recap / presentation to show new collections to key stake holders. Public speaking: capability to present new collections to both internal and external audience People management: 1 junior Product Manager NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL : Product development Design and Trend team Brand team / Markets Planning and GTM Retail team EXTERNAL : License Team TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Excel (proficiency required) Power point (proficiency required) Outlook CANDIDATE PROFILE: Educational Background: Marketing, Product Management and related fields Previous 6-7 years of experience as a Strategic Product Manager in the Eyewear or Fashion Luxury industry Solid analytical background Excellent netotiation skills Excellent project management skills Fluent in English
