Your Role
Your primary objective will be to set-up, execute, manage and coordinate customer and internal implementations on behalf of the Project Sponsor, using our customer on-boarding methodology and Zero Failure processes. You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- To support the assigned project team as well as supporting, coaching and challenging project team members and providing guidance on projects, career and development.
- To ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget and with the right quality, ensuring that all relevant methodologies and the Zero Failure processes are followed at all times.
- To manage the scope (and scope changes), project progress, project budget and risks within the assigned projects and between different countries, plus maintaining all project documentation.
- To provide internal and external (customer) status reporting on time.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Over 5 years experience as customer Onboarding Project Manager in Contract Logistics
- Good organizing skills
- Good command of English
- Good warehouse solutions knowledge and being able to suggest the solutions
- Have sense of urgency
