What you will do

You will design and optimize Mixed Signal circuits and flows for both emerging memories (e.g., MRAM, FeRAM, eDRAM), advanced nodes SRAM and high density 3D structures for DRAM applications.

You will focuson Design-Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) between the system subblocks and the underlying technology, to enhance performance and reliability, developing cutting-edge interconnect strategies to improve integration and scalability.

You will support tape-out processes, ensuring successful fabrication and implementation.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive technology co-optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Mixed Signal circuits for advanced memory applications.
  • Conduct DTCO to optimize the synergy between design and technology.
  • Support tape-out activities, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
  • Innovate in advanced logic technology nodes

What we do for you

We offer you the opportunity to join one of the world’s premier research centers in nanotechnology at our imec office in Cambridge, UK. We can sponsor visas for relocation too.

With your talent, passion and expertise, you’ll become part of a team that makes the impossible possible. Together, we shape the technology that will determine the society of tomorrow.

We are committed to being an inclusive employer and proud of our open, multicultural, and informal working environment with ample possibilities to take initiative and show responsibility.
