RINA is currently recruiting for a Software Engineer to join its office in Genoa or Rome within the Aerospace & Defence Division.
Mission
We are looking for a Software Engineer figure that will join our group. The figure will be part of a team and will take part of projects in space & defence framework.
Activities will be:
- Requirement specification;
- Software architecture definition;
- Software development;
- Software testing.
Key Accountabilities
The following technical skills are required:
- Knowledge and experience in object-oriented, multi-task and multi-threas programming
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (e.g. C++, C#, Java)
- Knowledge of the SW life cycle (requirements, design, coding, verification and testing)
- Knowledge of configuration management and code versioning tools (SVN, Git)
- Good written and spoken knowledge of the English language
The following skills are considered preferential:
- Previous experience in SW development
- Experience in the analysis and definition of requirements (DOORS tool) and in design (with UML modeling)
- Knowledge of markup languages (XML, json)
- Knowledge and experience in using model-based design tools (e.g. Simulink, SCADE) with automatic code generation
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Knowledge of AZURE platform
