Overview

Your mission:
As part of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Brand Manager or Junior Brand Manager. Your responsibilities include proactively assisting them in analyzing the Brand Health status, encompassing aspects such as Market Share, Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Panel Data, and identifying both successful areas and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will provide timely insights on various marketing-related matters during regional business evaluations.
Responsibilities
Strategical Support:
* Dive into the dynamic world of branding! Proactively fuel the creative fire alongside Brand Managers and Junior Brand Managers, crafting strategic decks that breathe life into our diverse array of brands.
* Define the path to success by providing monthly insights on brand health, sharing your unique perspective with internal stakeholders.
* Assist in shaping the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), suggesting diagnostic initiatives that elevate our strategic roadmap.
Brand Communication:
* Be a key collaborator and work hand-in-hand with Brand Managers on the execution of the Marketing agenda, infusing life into exciting communication projects.
* Craft an efficient communication plan with a spotlight on POS (Point of Sale) activation programs and the captivating Digital Agenda.
* Define the Public Relations agenda, by taking ownership of it.
* Navigate the digital landscape as the steward of our Digital agenda, ensuring every pixel aligns seamlessly with our ongoing strategy.
The program has a duration of 12 months; therefore, we anticipate your commitment to working full-time throughout this period.
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
* Economics, Management or Marketing degree (or similar)
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package
* Fluency in both Italian and English;
* Excellent time management and organizational skills;
* Self-starter with a can-do attitude;
* Knowledge of commercial database (IRI, Nielsen, …) is considered a plus.
