Marketing Campaign Activation Internship (m/f) 

Bayer CropScience srl is looking for a brilliant Campaign Activation Internship within the Customer Marketing Division.

He/she will support the enhancement of a specific project related to Corn and Wheat activities. He/she will have the opportunity to support a cashback marketing program in wheat and corn with selected farmers.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the field force during every phase of the program (subscription, registration, monitoring and final balance)
• Interact with the selected provider
• Prepare and share of internal and external material
• Facilitate data exchange

WHO YOU ARE:

• Degree in Agronomy, Business Economics and Marketing
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility, creativity and proactivity with an analytical approach
• Digital skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package
• Good knowledge of database management and CRM tools is a plus
• Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue

Location: Milan
