Marketing Assistant
Primary Job Function:
To support key insights and marketing excellence projects
Admin assistant for Directors
Internal and external budget gate keeper; PO and provider management for Insights and Marketing Excellence
General management including internal and external communication interface, administration of travel and meetings management.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Manage budget for Insights and Marketing Excellence follow up on monthly and quarterly spending
Registration of providers, contract and PO generation and follow up of payments
Suggest optimization improvements to Management and coordinate the change and adjustments constructively
Event management for meetings/events
Work tightly on multi-countries projects, monitor activities, timelines, and costs, implement suggestions and coordinate with other departments
Guarantee a smooth onboarding of new employees to team; IT setup in place; admin induction
Travel management and expenses for directors
Assistance in preparing and coordinating presentations
Coordinate and maintain departmental files, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and government regulations
Minimum Education:
University degree in business administration or equivalent
Minimum Experience/Training Required:
5 years experience in business administration
2 years experience in digital projects management
