Forma di lavoroWe are seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our Logistics team as Back-office Specialist, being responsible for multichannel Post-Order support activities across different areas (shipping, customs, warehouse, ...).
The ideal candidate is an extremely organized person with an analytic background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to perform administrative and operational tasks to support the Logistics and Customer Service team, to prioritize duties and deliver precise results within tight deadlines.
What you'll do:
Manage Back Office and multichannel customer support activities (e.g. refunds, security check, claims including defective returns management, custom clearances, etc.).
Be in contact with internal Customer Service Team, warehouses, couriers, brands, B2B direct sales channels and other suppliers.
Support in the management of logistic flows of goods and order information.
Identify new policies and processes to promote continuous improvement (effectiveness and efficiency).
Provide up-to-date inputs to assist the team with reporting and KPIs monitoring activities.
What we're looking for:
1-2 years of experience in the same or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
Team-player mentality and ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
Strong organization, time management and follow-up skills.
Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
Strong working knowledge of Excel.
