Legal Intern

Missoni is seeking for a Legal Intern that will support the Head of Legal in the activities related to the field of retail and wholesale contracts, commercial law, licenses, intellectual property, compliance and, in general, legal support to various Missoni internal departments.

• Assisting in drafting and reviewing different contracts, in English and in Italian (e.g. agency and distribution contracts; commercial, consultancy, services, marketing and partnership agreements, etc.);
• Supporting in preparing memoranda and opinions for the benefit of internal clients;
• Supporting in preparing answers to legal questions and in legal researches;
• Helping in elaborating standard agreements and archiving files;
• Supporting in collecting signatures and preparing cover's presentation for the contracts.
