Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Brand Lead for Womens Lifestyle for the Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) geography. This role is based at Nike World Headquarters, Beaverton, Oregon.
The candidate should have a team first approach, learning agility, growth mindset and ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teammates across the globe.
In addition to that, we’re looking for a candidate passionate about the impact of athletes, sport, youth culture, sneaker culture and future trends and knowing the wants and needs of our target consumer.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving E2E integrated marketing plans for the Womens Lifestyle with a sharp focus to create meaningful connections with our consumer by partnering with the Nike Womens team, Geo Marketing functions, territory teams and global cities in APLA: Tokyo, Seoul and Mexico City. Cross functional collaboration and leadership will be a fundamental part of this role, as you deliver seasonal and evergreen marketing plans.
You will ensure E2E integration and consistent delivery of the Womens Lifestyle marketing plan, in line with Consumer Concepts & Worldwide Seasonal stories for APLA. You will play an essential role of developing and delivering creative briefs and strategic directions for marketing functions to support and drive seasonal work.
Finally, you’ll be responsible to manage and influence Womens Lifestyle plans across the geography, partnering with brand leads across 5 territories: Japan, Korea, Mexico, Southeast Asia & India, Pacific and Latin America.

What you bring
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-5+ years of experience in Brand and/or Digital Marketing
- Deep understanding of sneaker culture and fashion trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with team player spirit that can thrive in ambiguity
- Proven track record to drive strategic vision, ensure follow-through and deliver results
- A self-starter with problem solving attitude and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Analytical skills to gather business and consumer insights and apply findings
- Empathy, with an eagerness to learn and understand diverse teams, cultures, consumers and markets
- Passion for sport, fashion and retail
