This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina (LT). You’ll be working in a high performing team alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.

Purpose of the job
To support Lab Quality mgr to manage Quality management system according to ISO 17025 requirements.
The Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialistwill be responsible for the following activities:
- Managing the assigned tasks linked to QMS;
- Supporting RLAB in reviewing and writing work instructions and procedures
- Scheduling all proficiency tests in compliance to ISO 17025 for the whole laboratory and supporting RLAB in the result assessment and keeping records;
- Assuring that regular inter-functional laboratory meeting are performed according to the plan;
- Keeping tracks and records of all CAPA plans put in place;
- Issuing any appropriate equipment procedure and way of working;
- Supporting RLAB in assessing maintenance of equipments;
- Managing stock of chemicals and any other pertinent material required for performing test as assigned;
- Preparing samples to be sent to external laboratory providers and managing the results;
- Supporting risk assessment team in raw material evaluation;
Qualifications
Hard Skills
- Education: Chemistry or equivalent, Food technology Degree
- Work Experience : minimum 2 years of experience in a food chemical laboratory
- Knowledge of ISO 17025
- very good IT knowledge (MS Office and Laboratory LIMS in particular)
- Language Knowledge: good level of English
