Job Description
Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Stagiaire After Sales Operations to join our After Sales & Back Office team in HQ in Padova.
How you will contribute
* Helping the team to manage Customer Service After Sales activities (claim management, warranty evaluation, reverse logistics)
* Supporting the team to manage customer's requests, through different communication channels, and to manage special orders
* Supporting the Customer Operations and Sales Support team in relation to back office activities
* Ensuring effective communication with other company functions
Who you are
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Languages or Management
* Good knowledge of MS-Office Pack (Excel, Power Point, Word)
* Minimum experience in the role is considered a plus
* Fluency in English
* Team player with a proactive orientation to results
* Genuinely curious
