Job Description:
As Junior Project Manager you will support the Program Manager in the effective implementation of a different array of projects within the organization, using both an agile and a more traditional waterfall approach.
Specifically, the Junior Project manager will:
* Support the Product Owner collecting requirements and managing customer expectations
* Translate requirements in agile User Stories and necessary documentation
* Help define project scope, plan activities, and monitor execution
* Oversee deliverables of cross functional teams and stakeholders
* Foster and manage communication across teams and stakeholders
* Take the lead in minor projects
Qualifications:
What distinguishes you?
Education: Bachelor or master's degree in economics, management engineering.
Languages: Italian and English
Required skills
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, including executive level
* Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
* Knowledge of Agile Scrum is a plus
* Strong excel and power point skills
