The candidate will join the Actuarial Pricing Motor unit and will be involved in the following activities:
* Data manipulation and preparation for statistical analysis
* Develop and update models for Motor products using advanced statistical techniques like Generalized Linear Model and Machine learning
* Tariff definition/revision based on evidence from statistical models with impact analysis or scenario testing
* Technical quotation for corporate/automotive business
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
* Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial, Physics or Computer Science
* Knowledge of mathematical/scientific models or actuarial models would be an advantage
* Basic knowledge of Python and Office suite
* Knowledge of SAS, Towers Watsons suite for insurance (Modeller, radar base, classifier), VBA for Excel would be a plus
* High problem-solving attitude
* Great curiosity in order to create an overall vision
* Proactive, result-driven working style
* Ability to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders
* Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken
