Job Description:
As a Junior Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts through the implementation, optimization, and management of Marketing Automation tools and campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management and maintenance of our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
* Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns and push notifications, using Marketing Automation tools.
* Collaborate with the CRM team to segment and target audiences effectively.
* Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to CRM, email marketing and push notification efforts.
* Assist in the development and optimization of customer journeys and automated workflows.
* Provide support in analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Help in the creation of customer personas and audience segmentation strategies.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in CRM and Marketing Automation.
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Strong interest in CRM, Marketing Automation, and data-driven marketing.
* Basic understanding of CRM systems and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Self-motivated and eager to learn
