Responsibilities
• Plan and schedule all incoming and outgoing shipments - in line with company requirements• Manage and collaborate with external logistic service providers and partners• Monitor and coordinate daily inbound and outbound delivery activities• Support the interaction between warehouse and transportation• Preparation of import and export documentation• Control logistic invoices and costs assignment• Communicate to all relevant departments and stakeholders - in particular warehouse, purchasing, demand planning and customer service
Requirements
• University degree in engineering / economics, or high school degree• Experiences in logistics/warehouse or other backgrounds where careful planning and accurate execution are carried out are considered a plus• Fluent in Italian and English, German is considered a plus• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)• Knowledge and experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems are considered a plus• Passion for complex and dynamic processes• Customer-oriented, problem solving and communication skills
