Responsibilities
• Advise style and product teams on intellectual property and communication issues• Manage trademarks, designs, and domain names• Negotiate and draft IP related agreements• Support in drafting and negotiating marketing contracts• Protect the company's brand both offline and online• Work on cost management and budgeting activities for the IP team
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in brand enforcement and IP contracts• Bachelor's degree in law, masters preferred• Experience in IP law and/or luxury fashion industry• Knowledge of national and European Law• Experience drafting intellectual property related agreements• Strong knowledge of legal and business English• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills• Ability to work independently and in a team• Highly organized and flexible with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
