POSITION: JUNIOR CSR
PERMANENT CONTRACT / ITALY

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As JUNIOR CSR, and part of the Purchasing Department, you will join our growing sustainability team, supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of sustainability projects that align with the company's CSR goals.
YOUR IMPACT
* Assist in the development and support implementation of sustainability projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
* Support the coordination of cross-departmental teams to facilitate effective collaboration on sustainability initiatives.
* Conduct research on sustainable practices relevant to our industry and propose innovative solutions to enhance our sustainability efforts.
* Support the preparation of project documentation such as proposals, status reports, follow up reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain relevant data within all the tools connected to CSR reporting.
* Monitor project progress against objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
* Engage with suppliers, customers, and partners to promote sustainable practices along the supply chain.
* Contribute to employee engagement programs that foster a culture of environmental responsibility within the organization.
* Stay up-to-date with current trends in sustainability, regulations affecting corporate environmental compliance, and best practices in CSR.
Profile
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Business Administration with an emphasis on Environmental Management or Sustainability, or related field.
Experience:
* Position requires 0-2 years of experience working in sustainability or environmental project management. Internship experience may be considered.
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
* Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus.

* Commitment to ongoing professional development in the fields of sustainability and project management.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to travel.
Languages: Fluent in Italian and English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.
