Description
For Johnson & Johnson Medical Spa Italy (Pratica di Mare - Rome) we are looking for one maternity replacement in Marketing for Vision Care department.
The person will be part of the marketing team and will report to Marketing Manager.
The hired resource will focus on:
* Marketing analysis: sell-in/sell-out by channels and brand;
* Implementation and monitoring of marketing initiatives (focus on presbyopia segment);
* Preparation of reports and business presentations to support internal decisions;
* Realization of Marketing Materials (in store POS, professional communication tools, digital campaigns);
* Full responsibility for the 2024 multi-focal development plan effective execution;
Qualifications
* Degree in economics or equivalent;
* Proactivity and "can do" attitude;
* Analytical skill and ability to work with large amounts of data;
* Interest and basic knowledge about digital communication and tools;
* Good communication skills;
* Business curiosity, and attitude to quickly learn new scenarios;
* Excellent knowledge of office programs (excel especially);
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Previous experience in structured Medical companies will be considered a plus.
