We are looking for a Junior Account Specialist joining our team in the Consumer business in Italy, and reporting to the Consumer Partnership Manager.

The purpose of the role includes all activities linked and related to manage consumer key accounts and includes account management and portfolio management tasks such as, but not limited to: account optimization, process management, product management, planning, forecasting, monitoring, auditing and reporting activities.

He/she will be also expected to contribute at the delivery of sustainable profitable growth within the consumer partnership business and involves developing key accounts supporting gathering insights and preparing business cases, with a contribution to some of the key sales and strategic account management actions, also representing Chubb both internally and externally.

The jobholder is expected to operate in a complex and stimulating environment, making best use of technology and data management to drive efficiencies and economies of scale. The job holder is expected to assist and preparing business cases, through an ongoing process of mentoring, auditing, and training,monitor underwriting KPIs and performing also key account optimization.

He/she will be assisted by the key function leaders and teams and will work closely with his/her peers.

Responsabilità

• He/she will support proactively the development of the assigned business in compliance with guidelines and tasks assigned.
• Jointly with the relevant key function leader and reporting to the Consumer Partnership Manager, will manage the full relation with key accounts.
• Naturally oriented to account management and optimization tasks and activities (portfolio maintenance and optimisation, scenario analysis), analyse statistics relating to all key metrics performance indicators on the assigned portfolio, making recommendations to key function leader to deliver and maintain systematically the desired level of growth and profitability set.
• Contribute to new product development, and business acquisition with research and technical risk assessment with a view to support the decision process-risk selection.
• Support the annual/quarter/monthly business plan and forecasts various sessions for the assigned portfolios.

• Competenze Software - Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel). Very good technical knowledge and an agile learning ability.
• Competenze Linguistiche - Italian (Native) - English (Proficient User) both written and spoken.
