Your responsibilities will be:
To ensure that client SLA are applied across all funds with deliverables met on a timely basis
• In charge to check book negotiations in all financial instruments (equities, bonds, UCITS, repos, securities lending, derivatives, etc.), Foreign Exchange transactions and shares subscriptions and redemptions in accordance with the deadlines and tools defined with internal and external clients
• In charge to perform NAV validation as disciplined by existing procedures, including the critical analysis of NAV variation
• In charge to perform 2nd level control of new financial instrument static data
• In charge to master different operating model applied, within the team, to each client
• In charge to feed and maintain:
o Key Performance Indicators
o Statistics on time spent across different clients
o Statistics on volumes per client and per financial instrument
• In charge to ensure proper formalization to the activity performed through:
o Knowing, respecting and updating process and operational procedures (P2 & P3)
o Knowing, respecting and updating SLA with clients and with Shared Centre Services (also known as HUB)
o Ensuring daily check list is duly signed, updated and completed
o Ensuring accurate archiving for the documentation used in the daily activity
o Ensuring activity is performed in compliance with Regulatory Reporting requirements
• In charge to check any type of corporate events (split, merge, spin-off, capital increase, rights issue, dividend, coupon, redemption, pay down, etc.) related to portfolio holdings in accordance with accounting best practices and with deadlines agreed with clients

Responsabilità:
in charge to perform 2nd level control of new financial instrument static data generated through corporate event
In charge to liaise with Global Custody, Depo Bank, clients for any relevant info helpful for the management of the corporate action
In charge to perform 2nd level control on corporate events managed by Shared Centre Service (Luxembourg Hub)
In charge to perform control on daily accruals for all type of bonds
To perform depo controls on pricing activities managed by Shared Centre Service, according with the applicable Pricing Policy;
• In charge to master different Pricing Policies and controls applicable to each client
• To support and collaborate with Pricing Unit in all its activities
• To check all the fees accounted
• To deep analyse the Fund prospectus (new and amended)
• To perform the merger controls
• To perform the Fund dividend detachment controls
