Your main missions are:
MANAGEMENT
- Lead the Sales team (3 Area Sales Manager) and the National Downstream and Food Chain strategy (1 Food Chain Manager): define and supervise their missions, recruit, implement development & training plan for the entire team and provide them with required means to complete their tasks.
- Ensure good interactions between the Sales Team and all the local and Group’s stakeholders
RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop and implement National Sales strategies and plans that align with our business objectives and vision
- Establish and monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports and feedback to senior management
- Manage and grow our key accounts, and establish productive and professional relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Keep the customer intelligence tools and customer platform up to date
- Review and update regularly the subsidiary’s commercial policy in collaboration with the Area Managers and the Customer Service
- Actively support the Sales team in negotiations processes with large and strategic customers and ensure that they receive high-quality service and support.
FORECAST / BUDGET / REPORTING
- Structure an efficient workflow starting from the sales representative in order to enhance the sales effectiveness on the current fiscal year as in mid-term scope
- Report monthly the sales performance and market context in the monthly flash
COMMUNICATION / REPRESENTATION
- Challenge and validate communication & promotion actions for new varieties & existing varieties when required
- Represent the company within the different inter-professional representation bodies and associations
