We are searching the best talent for Sales Manager to be in Mexico City.
The Sales Manager - Oncology will be responsible for driving business growth at national level, maintaining effective customer relations, mapping territory potential, cascading science behind brands with benefits of brands and managing a team of sales executives. Partners closely with Cluster Value Team core areas (Marketing, Market Access and Medical Affairs), Commercial Strategy & Operations (Events, Patient Support Programs, Incentives, Learning and Development), implement accurate and timely delivery of all field execution metrics and sales tactics.
Responsible for leadership and development direct and indirect reports including support of development action plans to guide career and professional growth; provides an environment that demonstrates strengths and values of a diverse work force. Will report to the business unit manager and partner with marketing lead to understand brand and sales strategy and implement strategic action plans. Ensures compliance with various global laws, regulations, and Health Care Compliance requirements.
Continuously looks for ways to increase sales efficiency. As the Sales Manager, you will:
• Handle internal resources in alignment with the company's strategy and objectives, always within the Compliance guidelines
• Drive business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational polices.
• Manage a team of executives. Support them on their development plans and engage in open and transparent conversations.
• Review and discuss action plans for achievement of sales budget each month.
• Build and implement plan for conducting promotional activities, develop CRM strategy, and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies from time to time in order to achieve objectives through sales.
• Map potential of territory and relates it to market trends and competitors’ activities
• Profile, assess potential, prepare target list and enlist new doctors as per business requirement.
• Collaborate with government & access sales teams to ensure product availability and demand generation at the different institutions.
• Build consistent, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/Key Business leaders in assigned territory by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at right frequency.
• Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolution
Qualifications
Education:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
Experience and Skills:
Required:
• A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Proven success in delivering sales results and/or achieving targets by leading sales teams
• At least five (5) years of experience in commercial areas
• Required experience leading teams
• Strong knowledge of government health access and public institutions processes
• A positive, inclusive style when working with others
• Ability to challenge the status quo and influence senior leaders to drive tangible results
• Availability to travel 65% of time Preferred:
• Marketing experience as Brand Manager/Jr. Brand Manager or Access
• Advanced level of the English language proficiency
• Ability to understand scientific publications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages and tools to report interactions and medical visits
Safe Fleet requirements:
Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, the following is also required:
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles
