Corin seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Services Account Associate / Customer services representative to manage the communication and day-to-day relationship with the customer in line with requirements. This is a hybrid role based in Cirencester, UK, or Grenoble in France working 3 days a week onsite. You will require the correct full-time working rights to work in France or the UK The Customer Services Account Executive works with Customer Services Associates and internal departments to manage and maintain the key inputs and customer requirements to deliver an ’outstanding customer experience’ to the market & their customers. Our hip and knee implants incorporate state-of-the-art solutions manufactured in Cirencester in the UK. We also have robotic-assisted technologies. (Apollo and OPS) used in surgery to deliver the best patient outcomes Are you fluent in Italian (Native or studied Italian to a degree or to A-Level) – With either customer service experience, or highly customer-focused? Other pre-requisites for the role Strong analytical thinking, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
