We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy person to join our IT team as a Digital Intern with a focus on Order Management project, in our Corporate Offices in Milan (MI).
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing order processing systems and contributing to various IT projects in the following activities.
* Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of order management systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order processing and improve system efficiencies.
* Support the troubleshooting and resolution of order management system issues.
* Help document processes, system configurations, and user guides.
* Provide technical support to end-users regarding order management systems.
* Contribute to ongoing digital transformation projects related to order management.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science,
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Good knowledge of English
* Interest in the eCommerce world
