Position
The intern will support the Digital Analytics in analyzing how data insights and website analytics can improve eCommerce performance and the overall user experience, leading to a better conversion rate. The internship is based in Rome.
* Support in carrying out Website analysis to supply insights to the Design and UX team in order to redesign few areas of Fendi.com (homepage, product listing page, checkout, etc.);
* Assist the HQ team with the migration from Google Analytics Universal to Google Analytics 4, in coordination with (COMPANY NAME) Data team, ensuring training regional teams;
* Prepare reports and dashboards relevant to business requirements, analyzing existing system and understanding the new needs of the team;
* Collaborate in monitoring key competitors and best in class online retailers to identify new areas of opportunity and emerging trends.
Profile
* Post-degree Master in Digital Marketing or Web/Business Analytics will be a plus.
* Passion for web analytics and optimization;
* Proven skills on Google Analytics platform, Google Data Studio, MS Power BI or any other data visualization tool;
* Basic experience in Web Analysis, tagging ability, understanding of Data Layer;
* Basic experience with AB testing platforms in B2C environment, product recommendation strategies. Experience with Dynamic Yield is a plus;
* Understand and leverage the main UX/UI/CRO principles to effectively describe and recommend data-driven optimization tasks to designers and developers;
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines;
* Extremely organized and high attention to luxury and detail;
* Positive attitude;
* Interest in innovation and new technologies.
