Responsibilities
• Gathering, checking, and processing press clippings• Drafting monthly PR reports• Maintaining and updating media visits calendar and media database• Uploading new content and press releases on company's info hub• Supporting organization of press visits and trips• Leading site inspections with journalists• Assisting with photo/video shootings• Creating marketing materials and content for social media• Coordinating and operating weekly events calendar• Supervising set up and internal communications for PR events• Promoting events with media and clients• Tracking data and drafting final report• Being a point of contact for communication department
Requirements
• Higher education in communications, marketing, or events• PC literate and willingness to learn new platforms• Outstanding communication skills in English and Italian• Team player with excellent organization and time management skills• Problem solver, curious, and enthusiastic• Desire to learn on the job
