AxL Spa is recruiting a Mechanical Engineer for a prestigious defense company.The engineer will be responsible for leading the process of fundamental work cycles for the production of new products.Key responsibilities include designing product components, coordinating the entire work cycle process, and creating visual renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.

Responsibilities
• Design product components and subassemblies, managing development activities in accordance with defined standards, schedule, and budget.• Coordinate the entire work cycle process, from initial phase to implementation.• Ensure continuous maintenance and optimization of work cycles.• Design new components, production equipment, packaging, and labeling.• Create visual renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.• At least 3-4 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in defense companies.• In-depth knowledge of mechanical component production through machining.• Advanced skills in 3D and 2D CAD drawing.• Knowledge of SAP.• Proficiency in the Office suite.• Good knowledge of the English language.
