Responsibilities
• Bank reconciliation.• Vendor reconciliation and payment registration with related deadline management.• Management of self-employed workers' withholdings and data preparation for consultants.• Personnel management (salary load balancing, loan management, advances, accruals, severance pay, etc.).• Registration and maintenance of fixed assets register.• Registration of purchase invoices/suppliers with related checks.• Management of accruals and deferrals.• Monthly VAT closure, VAT data communication.• Preparation of quarterly and annual documentation for the auditor.• Relationships with accountants, payroll firms, and suppliers.
Requirements
• Diploma in accounting.• Previous experience in the role.• Strong Excel skills.• English language proficiency at B1 level.• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.• Proactivity and reliability.
